3 months after Claire survived the horror in raccoon city, she is searching for her brother Chris, a member of the S.T.A.R.S.-alpha-team. When she broke into an Umbrella lab in paris she was captured. She woke up and find herself in a cell on an island, Rockfort Island.

A strange guard let her free but tells her that she won't make it cause the island was taken over by a special unit and will kill her. Then she will met the first zombie...

Once again she stepped into the world of survival horror. There are other survivors, like Steve Burnside, who wants to escape, too. Claire could reach Leon and send him the coordinates of the island.

At the Ashford estate she meets Alfred and Alexia and finds out that somethings wrong with them.
