After she forgot the nightmare of the mansion in july, nobody wanted to believe her and the other S.T.A.R.S.-members who survived. She wanted to make vacancies, but then something strange happened in raccoon again...

He belongs to the Umbrella Biohazard Countermeasure Service, which has got the quest to rescue all survived civilians of raccoon. But he doesn't like Umbrella, he only has to do his job. He's brave, and if he hadn't been there, Jill would not be still alive.

Mikhail is joining the U.B.C.S., too. You'll find him in the train, he is wounded badly. He will help Jill and Carlos out when Nemesis want to get them. He tries to kill himself and Nemesis with a grenade, guess who will survive and who won't...

Nicholai is another member of the U.B.C.S. and came to raccoon, but you'll find out he's a supervisor and a traitor to the other mercenaries. He's workin' only for himself, and doesn't help others. He wants to get the reward of Umbrella, and he will kill people for it...

He’s a computer-crack and collects the information for the S.T.A.R.S. Brad doesn’t set out for danger when he needn’t to, he’s very afraid. That’s why his comrades call him chickenheart. If places can reached by a helicopter Brad flies the helicopter. But if there are missions to whom they have to go by jet Chris flies it. You'll met him early in the game, and in the restaurant you have to help him out and after that he tells you about Nemesis. When you got to the R.P.D., you have to watch how Nemesis kills him.

You'll met him to the beginning of the game, when he tells you that his daughter was killed by the creatures. He locks himself in a container, but if you return to it sometimes, you'll see that he was killed by zombies.

Another member of the U.B.C.S. He was infected of the t-virus, and you could listen to him how he said to Carlos he should kill him, and Carlos will do. Another possibilty is that you will hear that Nicholai kills him.

He's a guy of the U.B.C.S., too. He is very intelligent and knows, that there is a traitor to the U.B.C.S., but he can't prove it. You'll met him in the hospital, where he will be killed by a bomb. First possibilty: You'll met him, he talks about a traitor and then he opens a safe and will be killed by a bomb. Second possibility: You can hear him and Nicholai talking about something, then you will see how Nicholai shot him. Nicholai wants to kill you after that, too, but Tyrell was not dead yet. He wanted to kill Nicholai, too, so he ignites a grenade.

You should know him of Resident Evil 2, there he gave the keycard to you and told you what happened in july 1998 at the mansion. In this game Jill finds him, but thinks he is dead, but he was only knocked out by zombies.

He got Chris to the S.T.A.R.S. Barry and Chris became good friends. The ex-S.W.A.T.-member looks after the weapons of the S.T.A.R.S. It's possible that he rescues Jill and Calros in the end.
